At Bio-One, we understand the pain and devastation that a hurricane can bring to your home and life. We know how overwhelming it is to deal with the...
BioOne San Antonio was a life saver for us. Without going into too much detail, my stepfather was a hoarder and there was a flood, and he passed in the house. It was an absolutely terrible situation that we had to deal with. My husband called several cleanup companies in San Antonio and BioOne got back to us within 24 hours. We are so glad that we used them to clean the house. Colleen and her employees are really something else. They were all extremely professional, they did a phenomenal job, they really made us feel like we were family in that they fought for us with the insurance company and there was absolutely no judgement about the state of the house. They did their job, and considering how awful it was, what they charged was very reasonable. We do not live in Texas, Colleen and her staff kept in constant contact with us and even did a Zoom walk-through of the house. I really don't think I can say enough about how wonderful and relatively stress-free it was to work with BioOne, considering the circumstances. If you ever need a company to clean up your house or property for whatever reason, I urge you to contact BioOne North San Antonio, they will not steer your wrong and will treat you like one of their own. They're just all really good, professional folks.

The Bio-One techs were fantastic. They were professional, efficient and very understanding of my situation. The price was very reasonable as well.

Colleen (owner), John, and Cindy are the most compassionate people I’ve ever met. They are all great communicators and hard workers. I was able to text or call at any time. They were very understanding throughout a very difficult situation. I felt like they had my family’s best interest in mind! I live in Virginia and had complete confidence in them from our very first cold call conversation. Bio-One is the best!!!!

John at Bio-One exceeded all of my expectations when cleaning my home. He approached each area carefully and cleaned it without judgment. I appreciate his professionalism and kindness. I fully recommend this service for anyone. Just make contact and they take it from there. They will accommodate your schedule and complete the ask very efficiently all while asking if there is anything else they can do to make sure you are pleased or that they can improve. John is an absolute Godsend and I could not be happier
